Dr.Zhumin Xu

Zhumin Xu is a comparative urbanist working at the intersection of urban culture, housing studies and community engagement in urban governance. Xu holds a PhD degree in Urban Studies from the United States. Xu is the international fellow in Social Work and Social Governance at East China University of Science and Technology in China. Xu will be a research assistant at McGill University in Canada after completing postdoctoral programs at Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) in France and University of Hong Kong. Xu is the founder of City Culture Lab, based in metropolitan Paris. She has served on the International Editorial Board for Journal of Urban Affairs since July 2021.
