1. A Seminar was organised on the topic ..: Monetary policy in India” by Dr. Janak Raj,  Principal Adviser, Monetary Policy Department, the Reserve Bank of India on the 9^th of May, 2017. Seminar presented the monetary policy stance of the RBI in recent times and also talked about demonetisation and the role of the RBI.

2. Organized the first meeting of the Directors of ICSSR institutes for the continuation of the Development Convention by the Southern ICSSR Institutes. This was organised on the 9th of May, 2017.

3. Organised workshop on Mapping of Farm Nonfarm Linkages in Rural India at ISEC Bangalore, February 2016. This is to deliberate on the project having the same titled funded by ICSSR in the presence of the advisors to the project.

4. Conference on "India, China and New World Order: Economic, Social, Political and Cultural Dimensions" was organised by Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC) and Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences (SASS) as a part of collaborative research activities between these two research institutes during 21^st and 22^ndNovember, 2016.

5. Seminar on ‘Demonetisation and its after effects’ was organised by Meenakshi Rajeev at the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC)  on  the 9^th of December, 2016 by Prof. Charan Singh, IIM Bangalore

6. A workshop on Mapping of Farm Nonfarm Linkages in Rural India’ was organised by Meenakshi Rajeev at St. Joseph’s College St. Joseph College, Bangalore, August 2016. A two-week training program in Applied Econometrics for the ISS probationers was organised by the Centre for Economic Studies and Policy from 4^th to 14^th August, 2014 at ISEC. The program was sponsored by the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation through National Statistical Systems Training Academy, Delhi.

10. Organised panel discussion on  'Inflation, Monetary Policy and Financial Sector: The Challenges Ahead', 25th August, 2014 and participated as a panelist and discussed on the topic 'Banking Sector and Financial Exclusion: The Challenges Ahead'

11. A workshop on “Input Output analysis” was organized at ISEC, February 2013. Sri Devender Pratap from NCEAR, Delhi gave a series of lectures on Input-Ouput theory and empirical methods concerning input output tables

12. A special Lecture was organized at ISEC on “Monetary Policy formulation and its implications for the Indian Economy” by Dr. Michael Debabrata Patra,RBI, Mumbai, March 2013

13. Organized a workshop in Collaboration with the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industries on Evolving Strategies to Ensure Faster Economic Growth in Karnataka in 2011-12

14. Organised a workshop titled “Vision of Karnataka for the Approach Paper to the XII Five Year Plan” at ISEC, 2011. The workshop was organized by Dr  Meenakshi Rajeev and Dr Suresh Babu

15. Organization of Annual Development Convention at ISEC ( 2010). This is a convention of the southern ICSSR institutes and each institute holds this once a year in 2010.

Organized a seminar in association with the Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) and Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies (RIMS) on "Budget 2008-09 - An analysis" on Saturday, 1st March, 2008 at the Vijayanagar Hall, Hotel Taj Residency, M.G. 18. Meenakshi Rajeev and B P Vani (2009), “Workshop on: Farm Sector, Farmers’ Indebtedness and Risk Management”, A half a day workshop has been conducted on the topic Farm Sector, Farmers’ Indebtedness and Risk Management on 23.06.09.The workshop was funded by The State Planning Board, Government of Karnataka and Conducted by Dr Meenakshi Rajeev and Ms B P Vani, CESP, ISEC.

A Discussion Session on Trade Possibilities between Poland and India”A discussion session was organized by the Institute for Social and Economic Change,  in association with FKCCI and the Centre for Contemporary India Research and Studies (CCIRS), Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw, Poland, on the trade possibilities between India and EU

21. One-day workshop titled “Towards Farmer Friendly Crop Insurance in Karnataka” was jointly organised twice at Institute for Social and Economic Change, supported by Karnataka Agricultural Prices Commission.

22. One-day workshop on "Towards Farmer Friendly Crop Insurance in Karnataka" was organized at ISEC on August 23^rd 2017 and again in 2017. Representatives from the Agriculture Department Government of Karnataka, Banks, Insurance Companies, Farmers attended the conference. Research findings on the above topic were presented by Meenakshi Rajeev.
